Hi. I’m an Adolescent Health Psychologist, and an Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Social Sciences at Northwestern University. My research seeks to understand the complex systemic drivers of health disparities within marginalized populations, in particular sexual and gender minorities. I lead several NIH-Funded studies, including Network Canvas – an open source software which helps researchers capture social network data. I also direct the CONNECT Research Program within the Northwestern Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health and Wellbeing and am a faculty member in the Northwestern Institute on Complex Systems (NICO).
Beyond all that though, I like art, music, data, and thinking about how we’re all connected.
